LPGA Tour champion Janet Coles joins Darkhorse as Head Golf Professional & Director of Instruction—and brings her college-recruiting leadership as Founder & CEO of Links Fore College GOLF.
Bio
Janet Coles’ mission to bridge golf to education is the bedrock of her lifetime passion for the game. A proven winner as a top junior player and UCLA student-athlete, she went on to compete on the LPGA Tour for more than a decade—playing in 300+ professional events, including 15 U.S. Opens and 40+ major LPGA championships. Since retirement, Coach Coles has trained junior champions and successfully coached at the collegiate Division I level, including Dartmouth College.
More recently, Coles served as head golf coach at The Benjamin School (Florida), a nationally respected program with deep ties to elite junior golf. Under her leadership, the program captured Florida Class 1A state championships in both boys’ and girls’ golf and advanced to multiple state finals appearances.
Now as Founder & CEO of Links Fore College GOLF, Janet helps junior girl golfers and their families navigate the college recruiting process and connect with “best-fit” schools—aligning academic goals with athletic opportunity.
